Connect Tickerall
An additional provider, not a migration. Existing MetaApi, MetaTrader API and TradeLocker connections keep their own keys and routing.
- Create your own account at Tickerall, review its terms and connect an MT5 demo there. Tickerall advertises free demo API access; a TradeJournal Pro Cloud plan is still required.
- In Cloud Workspace → Connect Account, choose Tickerall. Enter the connected account ID (
acc_…) and API key (cf_api_…) only in that secure form. No broker password is requested here. - The key is encrypted server-side and bound to your selected account. Tickerall keys can access multiple provider accounts; use a dedicated key. A read-only key or successful connection does not prove trading permission.
- Configure a channel with Fixed lot and one target first. Verify demo open → modify → partial close → close and journal receipts at both broker and website before enabling live use.

Recovery, key changes and removal
Use Update API key on the account card to rotate credentials without changing journal identity. If the session is cold, reconnect at Tickerall; this connector never buys always-hot, saves broker passwords or starts sessions automatically. Keep broker-native SL/TP active during interruptions.
After an uncertain response, inspect broker positions before resubmitting. Provider idempotency has a 24-hour window, not an indefinite execution guarantee. Disconnect here removes the local key/link only; it does not close trades, remove external copy sets or cancel provider billing.
Contract reviewed 20 October 2026 against official Tickerall documentation. Isolated tests are not broker certification. Trading involves risk.
