By accessing or using TradeJournal Pro (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
TradeJournal Pro provides a web-based trading journal, analytics dashboard, and Telegram/Discord signal copier with cloud execution on MT4, MT5, cTrader, Binance, and Bybit. The Service is offered under a free plan (ad-supported), a 3-day Starter free trial, and paid Starter / Pro subscription plans.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Plans come in two lines. EA (you run MT4/MT5 + our EA on your own device): Starter $19 / 30 days or $180 / 365 days; Pro $35 / 30 days or $348 / 365 days; EA Lifetime is a one-time $499. Cloud (we execute via MetaApi, no device): Starter $59 / 30 days or $588 / 365 days; Pro $99 / 30 days or $948 / 365 days; Cloud has no lifetime option. In-app purchases on Android/iOS are billed through the app store at store pricing. Web payments are accepted as USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network. All prices are in USD. Each web payment grants the corresponding period of access — there is no automatic renewal; re-pay when your period ends to continue access.
There is no recurring billing to cancel — your access automatically ends when your paid period expires. You may stop using the Service at any time. We do not store any payment instrument, so nothing is charged after a paid period ends.
TradeJournal Pro is a journaling and analytics tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses incurred.
All content, design, and software within the Service is owned by TradeJournal Pro. You retain ownership of your trade data. You grant us a limited licence to store and display your data to provide the Service.
You may not use the Service to violate any laws, infringe any third-party rights, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeJournal Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
