Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible card purchases of EA, Desktop, and Cloud plans are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of the charge. Crypto payments are excluded as explained below.

Subscription Plans (Starter & Pro)

• For recurring Gumroad purchases, cancel through the subscription-management link in your Gumroad receipt or library.
• Cancellation stops future billing immediately — you are not charged again.
• You keep access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of any charge. After 7 days, that charge is non-refundable.
• Annual subscriptions are refundable in full within the first 7 days; after that, the remaining months are non-refundable, but you keep access until the period ends.
• Renewal charges each have their own 7-day window from the date of that charge.

Lifetime Plans (one-time payment)

The EA Lifetime and Desktop Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and are refundable in full within 7 days of payment. After 7 days they are non-refundable, as access does not expire.

Desktop Trial

The Desktop app includes a separate one-time 3-day trial that starts on first activation. No payment method is required and it does not auto-convert, so there is no trial charge to refund. The permanent free EA allowance is not a trial and does not expire.

USDT / Crypto Payments

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, crypto payments (USDT TRC20) are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before paying in crypto. Card payments are covered by the 7-day guarantee above.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@tradejournalpro.net with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your account email and the payment method used. We process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days, back to your original payment method.
