7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans — Starter and Pro, monthly or annual, on the EA, Desktop, and Cloud lines. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of your purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Subscription Plans (Starter & Pro)

  • You may cancel at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops future billing immediately — you are not charged again.
  • You keep access to your plan's features until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of any charge. After 7 days, that charge is non-refundable.
  • Annual subscriptions are refundable in full within the first 7 days; after that, the remaining months are non-refundable, but you keep access until the period ends.
  • Renewal charges each have their own 7-day window from the date of that charge.

Lifetime Plans (one-time payment)

The EA Lifetime and Desktop Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and are refundable in full within 7 days of payment. After 7 days they are non-refundable, as access does not expire.

5-Day Starter Trial

Every new account starts with a 5-day Starter trial — no credit card required. Nothing is charged during the trial, so there is nothing to refund. The trial converts only if you actively subscribe at its end.

USDT / Crypto Payments

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, crypto payments (USDT TRC20) are non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Please make sure you are happy with your purchase before paying in crypto. Card payments are covered by the 7-day guarantee above.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@tradejournalpro.net with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your account email and the payment method used. We process eligible refunds within 3–5 business days, back to your original payment method.
