How it works

We compute pip value per standard lot for the pair you selected, then divide your $ risk by (SL pips × pip value). The result is the lot size that — if SL hits — costs exactly your risk %.

Why it matters

Wrong lot size is the #1 reason traders blow accounts. A 1% risk on EUR/USD ≠ 1% risk on XAUUSD — different pip values mean different lot sizes for the same dollar risk.
