Comparisons

TradeJournal Pro vs the alternatives

Feature-by-feature breakdowns against every major signal copier and copy-trading platform — including the things they do better than us. Pick the comparison you care about.

How we build these comparisons

  • Every claim comes from the competitor's own public pricing and feature pages, dated on each comparison.
  • A feature is marked "partial" — never "missing" — when a competitor does it in a more limited way.
  • Where a competitor genuinely beats us, we say so. FXReplay's chart replay is the clearest example.
  • Found something out of date? Email support@tradejournalpro.net and we correct the page.

Common questions

Which signal copier supports MT4 and MT5?

TradeJournal Pro and Telegram Signal Copier both execute on MT4 and MT5. Cornix and 3Commas are crypto-exchange only — they cannot place trades on MetaTrader, which rules them out for forex, gold, indices, and every prop-firm challenge.

Which one works for FTMO and other prop firms?

TradeJournal Pro has a dedicated prop-firm mode: hidden SL/TP, a daily-loss limit, an equity drawdown guard, and a spread guard. Telegram Signal Copier offers some prop-firm safety settings. Cornix, 3Commas, ZuluTrade and FXReplay do not target prop-firm rules at all.

Is there a signal copier with a built-in trading journal?

That is the main structural difference on this page. Every trade TradeJournal Pro executes lands in a full journal with analytics, an AI trade coach, and per-setup statistics — and the journal tier is free forever. The other tools listed here are execution-only products; you would pair them with a separate paid journal.

What does a Telegram signal copier cost?

TradeJournal Pro starts at $15/month for the EA line (your own MT4/MT5), $19/month for cloud execution, and $25/month for the desktop app, with lifetime licences available. Competitors in this comparison generally sit between $29 and $49/month. Read the full breakdown on our pricing page.

Do these comparisons show where competitors are better?

Yes. FXReplay's manual chart replay is genuinely better than ours and is marked as such. ZuluTrade and Myfxbook have verified track records too. We mark a feature 'partial' rather than 'missing' whenever a competitor does something in a more limited way.
