Telegram gets all the attention, but a huge share of trading signals now live in Discord servers. If you're copy-pasting them into MetaTrader by hand, you're losing the trades that fire while you're asleep or at work. Here's how to automate Discord-to-MT4/MT5 copying end to end.
Two ways to connect Discord
TradeJournal Pro reads Discord signals in two ways:
- Native server reading — connect your Discord account and the copier reads signals from any server/channel you're already a member of. Best for private signal communities.
- Channel webhook — paste a Discord channel's webhook URL and signals are pushed to us instantly. Best when you control the channel or the provider supports webhooks.
Either way, no bot needs admin rights over the whole server.
Step 1 — Connect your execution
Pick how trades are placed:

- Cloud line — use a supported provider-hosted broker connection without keeping your PC/VPS on (from $23/mo billed annually). Availability depends on the service, provider, and broker, and provider fees are separate.
Step 2 — Add the Discord source
In the Signals page, choose Discord, then either authorize your account or paste the channel webhook. Select the exact channels you want copied.
Step 3 — Let the AI parse it
Discord signals are messy: embeds, emojis, screenshots, multiple languages. The AI handles all of it — pair, direction, entry (or entry range), pip or price stop-loss, and up to 10 take-profits. Use preview / dry-run to confirm the last few messages parse correctly before going live.
