TradeJournal Pro (developer: TradeJournal Pro) lets you delete your account and all associated data at any time. Here's how, what gets removed, and what we keep.
Option 1 — Delete in the app (instant)
Open the app (or the website) and sign in.
Go to Account → Danger zone → Delete account.
Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted.
Email support@tradejournalpro.net from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete your account and data within 7 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Your profile and login (email, account ID)
All trades, journal entries, signals, and analytics
Connected channel configs and broker-account connection details
Telegram/Discord session data and device push tokens
What we may retain
We may keep limited records required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes (e.g. payment/transaction records) for up to the period required by law, after which they are deleted. These are not used to identify you for any other purpose.
